Sammy's fresh scallops are harvested locally in the cold waters off the coast of Maine and further south.Scallops have a tender white meat, with a smooth texture and sweet flavor. The product is excellent baked, broiled, grilled or fried.  Scallops are primarily caught by inshore and offshore draggers or by divers. Most internationally sourced scallops are from aquaculture operations. Product is graded u/10, 10/20, 20/30, 30/40, 40/60, 60/80, 80/100 and Bays. Product can be packed to any specification.
